Hi Loves,

Thanks for joining me for the fourth day of Blogmas!

Here is my ultimate Kansas City gift guide!

Fetch

My Christmas shopping isn’t complete until I visit Fetch. They are one of my favorite stores in all of the Midwest. They carry vintage, comical-stationery items, and even prayer candles with the cast of Schitt’s Creek on them. One year for Christmas I picked up pencils, notebooks, and stickers for my brother’s first year of college. They were hilarious and my brother loved them!

Fetch also carries wonderful wrapping paper, cards, and wall prints. We have a print of the Santa Monica Mountains in our guest bedroom that we really enjoy.

Tyler Kingston

Bryce and I love Tyler Kingston. It’s a local Kansas City gem. They have an excellent selection of mid-century modern handmade wooden furniture and fun decor pieces. Bryce and I have bought several pieces for our apartment from Tyler Kingston that we just adore! They also carry really cute clothing — including unique Kansas City shirts. This is an excellent place to grab something for your man.

Fervere

Carbs simply do not count during the holidays. Give the gift of excellent bread this season to literally anyone and everyone. Your tastebuds (and theirs) will not regret it! Just remember to place your order ahead of time … they sell out fast!

Made in KC

The title says it all … and with several locations throughout the city, Made in Kansas City is a must for shopping. They carry everything from ceramics to pickled vegetables to books. They truly have something for everyone. If you are shopping for someone who lives out of the state, put together a small basket of your favorite KC items. I’m sure you will be able to find all of Kansas City’s treasures here!

Shop Kate

I may be biased because I live across the street, but Shop Kate has the best accessories and stationery items. They even carry cards made to slip over wine bottles with the funniest sayings. If you are in need of classic wardrobe staples, I highly recommend checking out the River Market.

Nova’s Vintage

If you are looking to purchase second-hand or vintage items for Christmas, this is the place. It’s not the typical grandma decor or antique store. If you are curious, just click on their website and look at their main page. They have the coolest wooden hands that are to die for!

Bunker

Next time you are near Westport or the Plaza, make sure to stop in at the Bunker. They carry clothing, accessories, fun stationery, gadgets, and a large selection of shoes and watches. You can seriously find anything for anyone in this store.

It’s a great place to stock up on KC gear, grab a few pins for your jean jacket, and purchase trendy stickers. They also have a ginormous sale section that carries skater-brands like Volcom.

The Local Pig

My dad is one of the hardest people to buy for. He says he already has everything he needs! Last year I picked him up a few different cuts of meat and some spicy sausage to gift him. Safe to say it was probably the best gift I could have given him. Just make sure to refrigerate your meat up until you hand it out!

The Local Pig also has a large selection of cheese, pickled items, and jam. These would all make exceptional gifts!

Christopher Elbow

When I was a young girl, my dad would always receive Christopher Elbow chocolate from his clients. I remember opening up the boxes and being mesmerized by the beauty of each confection. Christopher Elbow’s chocolates taste just as good as they look. If you are in search of a gift for a “hard-to-shop-for” loved one, I highly recommend picking out a few chocolates from here.

Hopefully this helps with your last minute Christmas shopping this year or maybe just discover a new favorite small business. Keep supporting our Kansas City gems.

Until next time, Spread Kindness.
